1: Basic Consultation and Nutritional Information
 
Looking for a place to start? This consultation offers info and incentive to get you on a healthier track with straightforward guidelines and includes:

    * A 45 minute initial consultation via telephone, email or in person to discuss your current dietary habits and your nutritional objectives including a review of your average daily food intake
    * A personalised eating guideline / suggested foods and products
    * A 15 minute follow-up consultation to discuss your new food plan approach with menu suggestions and recommendations on the best way for you to reach your nutritional objectives

Cost: $99.00

2: Six Week Nutritional Coaching Program
 
This six week program is designed for people who want on-going guidance, accountability, direction, feedback, support and suggestions in their transition towards eating healthier as an everyday habit:

    * A 45 minute initial consultation via telephone, email or in person to discuss your current dietary habits and your nutritional objectives. Detailed food and mood journaling and review.
    * Detailed assessment of your current dietary habits including general feedback, recommendations, nutrition education and suggestions specific to your habits, needs, objectives and present health.
    * A personalised six week food plan specific to your health and nutrition objectives and lifestyle
    * Weekly 45 minute consultations to: review food/mood journals, identify potential nutritional/ dietary deficiencies, understand the language of cravings/symptoms and supplement support; discuss your progress and challenges; trouble shoot obstacles; product info, foods and recipe suggestions; and feedback and support to assist you in transitioning to sustainable healthier everyday habits
    * Ongoing regular email support

Cost: $69.95 per week for six weeks.
 
3: Six Month Maintenance Program (Existing Clients)

The six month nutritional maintenance program is available for existing clients who want on-going guidance, accountability, direction, feedback, support and suggestions in their transition towards eating healthier as an everyday habit. This includes:

    * Monthly 30 minute consultations via telephone, email or in person to discuss your progress, review food/mood journals, identify potential nutritional/ dietary deficiencies, deal with possible cravings/symptoms; discuss your progress and challenges or plateaus; trouble shooting; new food products, foods, continued recipe and cooking suggestions; feedback and support to assist you sustaining and refining healthier everyday habits for optimal health
    * Ongoing regular email support

Cost: $39.95 per month for six months.


The Basics of Healthy Living and Eating


‘In-your-own-home’ coaching!  Nutritional Feng Shui

Teri will come to you, rid your cupboards and refrigerator of the culprits causing you health and weight issues and show you how to shop for better product options (what to look for and what to avoid on labels and ingredients lists, healthier cooking techniques, easy and nutrition infused fun recipes and a daily eating outline that will help to shrink your waistline, boost your immune system, lift your energy and still wow your taste-buds while putting you on track for disease prevention and treatment 

Half-day session Approx 3 - 3.5 hours (Include a family member or friend if desired)

Add a cooking lesson Additional 2 hours - Your favorite meal or Teri’s suggestion (ingredients incl.)
