Really Look At Your Budget and reassess how you allocate your spending. Consider what buying the ‘cheapest’ means to you and ask yourself why you want to put ‘Cheap’ food into your body. Especially when you are likely wearing, watching and driving expensive items.
To make matters worse, over-processed manufactured food is manipulated to be addictive so you spend more because you want to eat more. This makes you sick more and disease is more expensive than anything.
Health is Your Most Valuable Commodity! Invest in it. Shop wisely buying the best food you can afford. Choosing local and seasonal foods is a great way to get value for your dollar and health for your body. -
Healthy Food is TOO Boring.
Processed food is actually chemicals in disguise with fake flavours, fragrances, food dyes and excess sodium and MSG. Try real food and reawaken your taste buds to amazing tastes and satisfaction. You’ll overcome cravings and give your body nutrients it needs to serve you well.
