    This is Greg. I spoke with you shortly after your presentation at DragonWave on Tuesday.

    Thanks so much for the advice and presentation. I'll let you know that I started to change my eating habits and am drinking more water (and less Tropicana -- although the label doesn't list anything except '100% Orange Juice').

    I also started buying more whole foods and am peeling my carrots now. :-) Thanks again for your advice. I'm a big believer in eating naturally and trying to avoid medications and vitamin supplements, so your presentation was right down my alley.

    Do you have any advice for fast meals? What I'm talking about is when you get home late from work and maybe have a half-hour or less to cook. I often feel guilty about getting take-out, but sometimes that seems to be the only alternative to eating at a very late hour.

    I can make some quick macaroni and cheese, or even fry a steak with baked potatoes pretty quick, but I was wondering if you had any other suggestions. I'm often strapped for time, especially with two young kids in the house (1 yr old and 4 yr old).
