and/or a mini trampoline, some music and a trainer!



Basic hourly rate is $75 per hour – Minimum package of 8 hours $600.00


12 Hour Block of Sessions: $860.00

20 Hour Block of Sessions: $1450.00


PERSONALIZE YOUR OWN PACKAGE OR CHOOSE FROM THESE SUGGESTIONS:

Two 90 minute Sessions per Week – 8 weeks:

(60 – 70 minute workout and 20 – 30 minutes nutrition coaching)

One 90 minute and one 60 minute session per week – 8 weeks:

Three 60 minute sessions per week – 8 weeks:

Nutrition and Personal Training

Two 75 minute sessions per week – 8 weeks:


(Out of town clients – prices vary slightly pending on distance.)

A minimum of two appts per week is suggested for best results.
