All too often the common thinking default is adopted by most.
When it comes to aging, the doom forcasting is rampant and I seek to defy it constantly. Expecting a negative outcome, defaulting to it, is rather like inviting it in. Rather than expect decline as you age, how about doing all you can, to augment your health and well-being, no matter what your age is.
Below is a short, sweet and yes, still potent daily eye exercise practice you can take on to help sustain and/or reclaim better vision and ease eye fatigue.
I found it in The Epoch Times and include the link to the entire article below..
These moderate eye exercises may help maintain eye health.
1. Eye Opening and Closing: Close your eyes tightly for three to five seconds, then open them for three to five seconds. Repeat three to five times.
2. Eye Rolling: Look up, down, left, and right, holding each position for three to five seconds. Then slowly rotate your eyes clockwise and counterclockwise.
3. Focus Training: Focus your eyes on the tip of a pen, moving it from near to far and back again repeatedly to train the eye’s focusing ability.
4. Acupressure Massage: Gently press acupoints around the eyes to promote blood circulation. Be careful not to press on the eyeballs."
