Make it with raw local honey and benefit from the anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, you may find it helps with environmental allergy issues. Natural is best!
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup raw, local honey (or 4-5 medjool dates, soaked in twice as much water and pureed to a thin paste)
½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼-1/3 tsp quality, mineral rich sea salt
2 liters filtered, room-temp water

INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup raw, local honey (or 4-5 medjool dates, soaked in twice as much water and pureed to a thin paste)
½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼-1/3 tsp quality, mineral rich sea salt
2 liters filtered, room-temp water
DIRECTIONS:
- Gently warm honey if needed, (in a bath of warm water) and mix or blend well in a pitcher, glass container or blender.
- Store in the refrigerator in glass containers.
TERI’S TIPS:
- When using dates as the sweetener, consume the beverage within 48 hours.
- If you like to add flavor, consider adding a drop or two of food grade essential oil such as lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, or peppermint.
- The addition of fresh citrus fruits, celery, herbs like parsley are super as well. Strain before pouring into single serve bottles and use within 2-3 days max.
