EZEKIEL BREADS BY FOOD FOR LIFE - Sprouted grain and gluten-free options
Carb lovers, take heed! When you choose bread options that are made like those from this company your body will respond so much better than consuming breads made with refined flours. Most grocers carry these in the freezer section for they are free of preservatives making them much for perishable. This is a good thing.

I truly love to indulge in a great piece of chocolate and include raw cacao nibs in many of my sweet creations.
In my world of research, there are often discoveries I didn't anticipate and this certainly was the scenario for chocolate and coffee. It takes a lot of cacao beans or coffee beans to create that bar or cup of coffee I enjoy.
This means, there's a lot of chemical build up on the beans I am exposed too. Going organic was a given for me.
THEN, I learned of the heavy metals in chocolate. UGH! Thankfully not ALL chocolate is tainted with heavy metal reside.
