
SKINNY CITRUSY MINTY COCKTAIL
It's a steamy hot day or eve, you're thirsty, long for something with tang that's refreshing and cooling and so you make this cocktail. It's so good and there is no sugar syrup used making it more quenching, Add a pinch of sea salt if you like and it's even more hydrating as well.
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup fresh mint leaves – macerated
2 oz. gin
1 oz. triple sec or Cointreau
1 oz. limoncello
1 oz. lemon or lime juice
2-3 oz. sparkling mineral water
Fresh mint and citrus wedges to garnish

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup fresh mint leaves – macerated
2 oz. gin
1 oz. triple sec or Cointreau
1 oz. limoncello
1 oz. lemon or lime juice
2-3 oz. sparkling mineral water

DIRECTIONS
- Begin by filling two highball glasses with ice to chill while you make and shake your drink.
- Measure all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, cap and shake with all your might for 40-50 shakes. This begets a frosty concoction.
- Empty some of ice from the glasses if needed and strain your Mojito evenly into each glass with the shaken ice. Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish, make a toast and sip this refreshing blend with a smile on your faces.
