First be sure to choose raw, unsweetened, ingredients and unsweetened non-dairy milk and yogurt. (Organic if possible) Organic apples are a must according to EWG’s Dirty Dozen.
Oh yes, the seed mix isn’t essential, it’s just so good and the variety is truly beneficial for a healthier gut microbiome. Substitute as needed, desired.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp each raw sunflower, pumpkin, chia, hemp and whole flax seeds or seeds of your choice
1 tbsp raw almonds
1 tbsp organic rolled oats, gluten free ideally
1 tbsp organic coconut, shredded
1 tbsp each organic dried apricots, and mulberries or golden berries
1+ cups plant-milk or coconut water - enough to cover mixture
1 tsp vanilla extract
Generous pinch cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice and a dash sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
TO SERVE:
1 organic green apple or pear, grated
1 tsp fresh ginger root, grated
Generous squeeze fresh lemon juice
½ cup non-dairy yogurt, unsweetened or Lemon Berry Crème (optional)
Cinnamon, lots is great if you like it
½ cup blueberries or pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp coconut ribbons and cashews or pistachios, chopped

- Breakfast
- Plant-strong, Vegan, gluten and grain free options
- Prep time: 5 minutes plus overnight soaking for best results
- Yield: Makes enough for two servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp each raw sunflower, pumpkin, chia, hemp and whole flax seeds or seeds of your choice
1 tbsp raw almonds
1 tbsp organic rolled oats, gluten free ideally
1 tbsp organic coconut, shredded
1 tbsp each organic dried apricots, and mulberries or golden berries
1+ cups plant-milk or coconut water - enough to cover mixture
1 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the above ingredients in a large glass mason jar and let rest overnight or up to two days.
TO SERVE:

- Divide the above ingredients between two bowls garnishing as desired or as shown.
