SUNBUTTER AND BANANA BUTTER SWIRL
Amazing! This tastes like the familiar peanut butter and banana combo this ‘ice cream’ style blast makes a fabulous good-for-you breakfast that is nut allergy and kid friendly (when made without espresso of course). Enjoy as a shake, smoothie or a vegan parfait alternative to yogurt and ice cream sundaes.
INGREDIENTS:
Approx. ¼ cup non-dairy milk (canned coconut is fab), coconut water or espresso chilled
½ cup Sunbutter, room temperature
3 large ripened frozen organic bananas chunks (approx. 2.5 cups)
1-2 tbsp raw honey, coconut sugar, coconut or maple syrup or stevia, Only if needed
GARNISH- Sunbutter-Coconut granola, Four Sigma XOCO or raw cocoa powder or cacao nibs etc.

INGREDIENTS:
Approx. ¼ cup non-dairy milk (canned coconut is fab), coconut water or espresso chilled
½ cup Sunbutter, room temperature
3 large ripened frozen organic bananas chunks (approx. 2.5 cups)
1-2 tbsp raw honey, coconut sugar, coconut or maple syrup or stevia, Only if needed

DIRECTIONS:
- Puree the liquid, SunButter and frozen banana chunks in a powerful blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Taste to adjust sweetness adding one of the above options in small increments only if needed.
- Transfer to serving dishes and garnish with suggested ingredients above as desired.

- Chocolate lovers: Add ¼ cup dark raw cacao powder before blending.
- For added texture: Stir in chopped nuts, raw cocoa nibs, shredded coconut, or rum soaked mulberries.
- Use any nut or seed butter you love.
