CREAMY GARLIC TAHINI DRESSING
This is a favorite dressing and dip with an addictive garlic and lemon combo. You are sure to make it a staple in your fridge discovering it pairs well with with so many foods. If you are a fan of hummus yet struggle with digestion of beans, this is sure to be a fabulous option for you.
What's even better is how easy it is to make it. A small food processor of blender will do the job perfectly. if you don't have this, mixing in a jar with a sturdy whisk works well too.
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup raw, organic tahini paste
2 small cloves garlic, crushed and minced
2+ tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, to taste
Water as needed - approx 4-7 tbsp pending on the consistency of tahini and what you plan to use it for
Sea salt and fresh black pepper
1+ tsp cumin powder and pinch cayenne pepper or chili flakes (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
- Mix ingredients together with a small food processor, hand held blender or whisk it with a fork adding water a little at a time to create a desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Using toasted tahini (sesame butter) is an option for an extra nutty taste however some of the health benefits are compromised. Choose what you wish. Both versions are delicious.
- If you want it just a little richer, add in a tbsp or two of cold pressed olive oil
