TERI'S TIPS:
Read this before you start your food prep and always remember to season to appease your taste-buds.
My view - recipes are a map intended to take you to a destination, yet you get to choose your precise route!
Eating in my world is plant-strong and I aim to make transitioning to this way of eating easy. You'll find most of my recipes are plant-based/vegan yet please know you need not feel plant-strong eating is an all or nothing approach.
If you still eat animal products buy the best you can (raised as nature intended), and be sure to make your plate
plant predominant for optimal long-term health.
About my recipes: I love bold, flavor-forward food and as a result go big with the spices and seasonings and I taste as I go adding more if I need to. If you have more timid taste-buds go easy and if you really like big taste, add more. Tasting along the way ensures you create foods you love.
Keep mind the freshness of the ingredients play a huge role in the end product. This too needs to be factored into your food creations. Sometimes foods taste amazing with little enhancement and other times lots of enhancement is needed.
So again, taste as you go and adjust the seasoning to make you swoon.
PS:
For any recipes that suggest using essential oils please be sure to familiarize yourself on the oils to ensure they are OK
for you with no contra-indications such as skin sensitivities and pregnancy.
