You will often find me researching the latest in health promotion, listening to favorite mentors podcasts, playing in the great outdoors, teaching a class, working out, shopping for fresh food and creating a new recipe or meal, hosting friends, shaking up a fabulous cocktail or clinking glasses with a glass of full-bodied wine, playing or relaxing in nature, by the water or a fireplace and yes, playing with Lua or indulging him with brushing and belly rubs or watching a show or movie while folding clothes, editing pictures or recipes or cleaning up my files. Usually I have food or drink on hand, in hand or just enjoyed.
