INGREDIENTS
Approx. 2/3 cup non-dairy milk – coconut, oat, hemp, pea…
1 cup spinach, fresh or frozen
1 cup frozen ripe banana chunks
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 generous tbsp SunButter
1 tbsp whole flax seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Sunwarrior protein powder or your favorite
½ cup ice for a thicker smoothie
GARNISH:
Berries, coconut crunch, cacao nibs, granola, hemp seeds, Sunbutter…

- Measure all of the ingredients but garnishes into your high speed blender and blend on high speed to create a smooth, thick creamy consistency.
- Pour into a beautiful bowl and tap into your creativity, garnishing as desired. Now sit down to relish in the gorgeous yumminess. Taking time to consciously enjoy your meals is essential to healthy digestion and it helps us to recognize when we have had enough.
