It's Friday early eve and day two of my quarantine post my Aruba trip where my son got married to his sweetheart and celebrated his 30th birthday. We were blessed all of the celebrations went off fabulously considering the world as we knew it was changing with the pandemic spread of the Corona Covid-19 virus. With humble gratitude we are all home safe.
Being on my own and attending to matters at hand a Friday familiar ritual called to me. This being Pizza and a movie. On a whim I decided I would test out a home-made crust creation and video taping as well. Call me crazy - it won't be the first time. This video is very amateur the pizza creation turned out quite well. A complete recipe to be uploaded once I can recreate my crust with the addition of spinach.
