Are you putting great food in your body? If not why not? I really mean it - why?

Today a very short post with some great resources I love that provoke and inspire me to both reflect as well as take action with more conscious self-care and mindful awareness of what goes into my mind as well as my body. 
With all the health challenges plaguing all of us, my feeling is we all NEED to take ownership of our own health and tend to it with astute and consistent attention.

Research confirms 80% of our diseases are attributed to diet and lifestyle.
This means we have immense power over our health.
If you’re not taking Great Care of yourself look deeper than the usual time restrictions excuse for the real reason.
