INGREDIENTS:
1 cup plant milk - your choice
1 heaping cup frozen berries or banana slices, mango, peaches, cherries, etc.
1 cup fresh or frozen leafy greens or veggies such as those mentioned above
1-2 tbsp each hemp seeds and whole flax seeds and/or
1-2 tbsp nut or seed butter or 2-3 tbsp soaked chia seeds
1-2 dates if needed for extra sweetness
Ice if desired for a colder, thicker smoothie
GARNISH:
Fruits, nuts, seeds, cacao nibs, granola, cinnamon, nut/seed butter or creme or plant yogurt

Once you put this in your menu selection, enjoying a smoothie three or more times per week is sure to have you anteing up your daily produce intake and this is fabulous. Let me know your favorite blend if you have one. I must say, I vary up my blends often yet always include supplement add ins:
- Chlorella powder
- Vitamin C powder
- Liquid light minerals
- Liquid Vitamin D
- Maca root powder
- 1/2-1 inch ginger root plus about 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 -1/2 tsp turmeric and a few generous grinds of black pepper
- A soaked date or fig for added sweetness
- A few tbsp soaked chia seeds
- A tsp walnut oil
- A few tbsp Collagen powder
- A pinch sea salt
- Liquid kelp
- Matcha green tea powder
