Quinoa is a fabulous high protein ancient grain choice. Adding in star anise, a cinnamon stick, and a few smashed cardamom pods is another great flavor and nutrient infuser.

The best breakfast bowls are made with a variety of 'components' to layer for taste and textures. I like to have items on hand such as soaked chia seeds, various fruits, something crunchy such as granola and something creamy like this Sweet Nut Crème made from nut or seed butter.

Amazing! This tastes like the familiar peanut butter and banana combo this ‘ice cream’ style blast makes a fabulous good-for-you breakfast that is nut allergy and kid friendly (when made without espresso of course). Enjoy as a shake, smoothie or a vegan parfait alternative to yogurt and ice cream sundaes.
